Five weeks and counting . . .

Things have really started coming together lately. Last week, we got our day-by-day itinerary and attended the GSE Northeast Link. This week, Barbara, Nate and I received our flight itineraries. (We leave Thursday, March 10 and return on Tuesday, April 12.) As Barbara put it, We're really going!

With five weeks left to go, there's still so much to do! Stay tuned . . .

    Looking sharp friends! Go get em! Very exciting times. I just received a response letter from my first house dad in Japan. He has donated incredible resources to a school in Nepal called the Himalayan Academy English School located in Biduru in Nuwakotto county, about 3.5 hrs from Kathmandu. He wrote 'our club (Hiratsuka West, District 2780)built a school in 2003 with 8 classroom, and by 2009 the building was expanded to 2 stories with 16 classrooms, and now has approximately 200 students.' He sent me a picture of children playing and recommended that you guys go visit the school if possible. Nepal, U.S., Japan,... man is GSE rad or what?! What an incredbile program.
